We want you to be happy with ViralForge. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
2. Email us at thompsonderek9910@gmail.com and we'll handle it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 14-day window

Outside the 14-day window we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis (for example, billing errors or service issues). You can also cancel your subscription at any time from your account to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
