1. Who we are

ViralForge ("ViralForge", "we", "us") is operated by Derek Thompson, trading as Viral Forge. By using our website, applications, and services (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if acting for an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

ViralForge provides AI-powered tools that help creators and freelancers generate productized offers, digital product ideas, and content-to-cash playbooks. Outputs are generated by AI models and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
  • generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or that infringes third-party rights;
  • attempt to bypass safety filters, jailbreak the model, or use outputs to produce deepfakes, malware, or spam;
  • scrape, probe, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, or business advice. You must verify outputs before relying on them and ensure you have the rights to any input content you provide. We may remove, restrict, or refuse to generate content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

ViralForge and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own your prompts and outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

9. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
